Business HR Partnering

Dedicated Business HR partner supporting group of 100+ employees
Handling all the end to end recruitment process with in the organisation.

Partnering with leaders in various interventions of the domains, proactively analyzing the issues and concerns in the teams and provide solutions

Coach and advise Managers in Talent Management planning (Development & Training needs, management plans, retention planning etc...) for their resources
 
Involved in counselling of non performance cases

Address and resolve employee queries on various HR policies

Employee Issues and Grievance handling

Liaison between staffing team and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs, conducting interviews, validation of candidates and benchmarking offers 

Providing People related data reports on Hiring, Attrition, Rewards & Training to the business

 Performance Management
Collaborated with the operational team to develop the online Performance Management system, Goals tracking and Performance Improvement Plan mechanism.

Data Management, Analysis & Reporting

Responsible for managing employee data & enabling data based decision making 
Reporting to Corporate on headcount increases and drops across locations
Maintaining talent Management Dashboard which include various reports like Recruitment Attrition,
Retention & Performance.

HR Operations

Responsible for driving the automation of HR processes
Responsible for employee relation , employee grievance handling & redressal
Employee services (letter, awards, compliance trainings etc...)
Payroll management – Responsible for driving the smooth flow of the outsourced payroll process
New Hire process – Smooth processing for New record creation in the database.

Conducted the employee induction orientation session on day one for all new joiners

Digitization of HR processes

To digitize the following data in SAP for the following:

Employee exits
Probation confirmation upgradation
